WorkSpace
This private office lets you grow your business from a private, dedicated space fitted out for you and up to one other. Our WorkSpace plans include mail & parcel service; conference room & lounge access; and printing/copy/scan and all of our amenities and member perks. Each office door is fitted with a keyless entry system. No more fumbling for your keys. And our building is equipped with 24/7 security cameras and alarm system. Monthly and yearly billing cycles available with a 1 year lease.

Gain privacy without sacrificing accessibility. Working Capitol offers private office suites that are perfect for companies who need to accommodate teams of up to 10 people. Our suites provide plenty of natural lighting which aids positive team morale and productivity. The suites are situated around the common lounge and co-working space which will give you the feel that you are a part of a larger work community. Our largest WorkSuites measure 600 square feet in size.

BILLING
- Upon checkout, you will have the option to pay via credit card or PayPal.
- Recurring payments for our WorkPlans will be automatically charged each month via the same payment method you selected for your first payment.
- Our credit card processor is Stripe. An additional fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be charged per transaction for this payment method.
- PayPal has similar fees that will be applied upon use of this payment method.
CANCELLATION
We would hate to see you leave but if you wish to cancel your membership, you may do this under your member account within the billing section, please take not that no prorated amount is refunded if a member cancels within the billing cycle. WorkVirtual, WorkSpot or WorkDesk on WorkPlan – If/When a lease term ends, the lease shall automatically convert to a month-to month lease until a new lease is drafted. If into a new billing cycle has started the tenant is obligated to fulfill that months’ rent – no prorated refund is made.
